30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Menryx offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time purchases. To request a return, contact support@menryx.com within 30 days of confirmed delivery and include your order number and reason for the request.

Eligibility

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Subscriptions

The 30-day guarantee applies to the first subscription shipment only. Subscriptions renew according to the frequency shown at checkout. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date by contacting support@menryx.com or through the available account portal. Renewal charges already processed are not eligible for refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent within two hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled and the standard return process applies.

2. Our support team will respond within three business days.
3. If approved, follow the return instructions provided by support.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional posting time.
