Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. High-volume periods, launches, and carrier disruptions may extend processing time.
Delivery estimates
US orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days after shipment. Estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of destination, carrier conditions, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Menryx is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email support@menryx.com with your order number so we can assist with a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund eligibility is determined after the investigation.
Damaged parcels
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
International duties and taxes
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.
